Steps to Make Cheese Burst Samosa

Once you are done shopping for groceries and have the ingredients ready to launch, we will start with the next step:

Step 1: Mix maida, salt, cornflour, and oil in one bowl. Make a soft dough and keep it aside after covering it in a clean wrap.

Step 2: In a pan, add oil. Mix in all the vegetables of the filling to sauté them. Let it cool.

Step 3: Add butter, olives, jalapeños, salt (for taste), oregano, sauces, white pepper powder, and grated cheese to the filling.

Step 4: Take the dough and make small balls from it. Flatten the balls using the rolling pin, quite like making rotis. Cut it in two halves. Make a cone shape using a runny mix of maida and water, and fill it with a spoonful of filling.

Step 5: Deep-fry the samosas in medium-hot oil. Don’t burn them or yourself, and wait for them to turn golden brown and crispy.

Serve them with piping hot chai.
